2. Defective or Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.

• Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, items that have been used or opened are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
• Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
